Goswami was involved in a crucial 61-run partnership with VR Vanitha, who made 40, which rescued India Seniors to a competitive score of 194 after they were reduced to 86 for 5 in the 27th over. Swaroopa Kadam, then took 4 for 18, as India B were bowled out for 174.Anagha Deshpande and Shweta Jadhav, the India Senior openers, added 39 in seven overs after their team had elected to bat.
