Watt himself posted a picture of the bar on his Instagram story, letting fans know he'd be in town for the match. Since joining the Clarets ownership group in the summer, the 34-year-old had become infatuated with the club, traveling numerous times to support his side.

Watt's choice to join the ownership group of Burnley is a continuation of the trend of American athletes buying into soccer clubs.
